Healthy Bones Week is fast approaching and we are committed to educating the community to the importance of an active life. Keeping active is essential for maintaining daily function and bone density, particularly for elderly individuals.

As physioitherapists we are qualified to devise and implement risk screenings and exercise programs. If you have had a fall in the past or are concerned about your balance and the risk of falling we can assess your risk of having a fall. From this we can organise an appropriate exercise program to improve your balance, coordination and strength.
