Appointments

Please phone our reception staff to book an appointment on 02 6259 1067.

For acute injuries and urgent problems we will endeavour to offer you a same day appointment.

You should allow approximately 45 minutes for your first appointment. Follow up treatments will be approximately 30 minutes.

Referrals

A referral is not necessary for private patients.
For workers compensation cases a referral from your GP or medical specialist is usually necessary.

We have a close working association with local GP’s, sports physicians and orthopaedic surgeons to ensure the best quality care.

Payment

Payment is to be made at the time of your consultation. We have a HICAPS system which allows direct access to payment from your health fund leaving the gap amount for your attention. We have EFTPOS facilities.

If you are claiming your treatment as part of a workers compensation case or motor vehicle accident we require a written confirmation from your insurance company that treatment has been approved. Until this is received you will be responsible for payment. Please discuss this with our reception staff.

What to wear

We recommend you wear comfortable clothing. Depending on the area that we are treating you may be required to remove certain items of clothing so we can examine you.

What to bring

Please bring any referral letters and relevant Xrays, scans etc.
